Provision of certificates

We can provide you the following types of authority certificates in Germany:

  • Birth certificates

  • Marriage certificates

  • Death certificates


    • You can claim the above-mentioned documents only for the following categories of people:

  • yourself

  • your own parents

  • your own grandparents

  • your own great-grandparents

  • your own children


    • The following data are necessary:

  • full first name and last name

  • the datum of the fact in question

  • the place of the fact in question

  • incl. the name of the parents


    • In order to be able to act on your behalf at the authorities we need a letter of authorisation to be written out and signed by you as well as a signed copy of your passport or another identity card.

    In case of incomplete data please take contact with us. The unknown data can be then retrieved in the process of a One-Person-Search. We will gladly consult you.

    You will receive the needed certificate as an authority-accredited copy with registered mail.

    The price of each request is 51,- Euro (US$ 68.-).

    All expenses as authority fees and VAT are included into the final sum. The payment is to be remitted in advance. Should the requested certificate fail to be retrieved, the remittance will be reimbursed with the subtraction of the processing costs of 27,- Euro (US$ 35.-).
